All items are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage unless otherwise requested. The cost of shipping a punch needle whether boxed or unboxed is £3.45, tracked. This is due to the size of the punch needle and cannot be shipped in a large letter envelope.

Some pieces of monks cloth are light enough to be shipped using a large letter envelop at a cost of £1.53 or £1.83 per item, depending on weight. 1/2 Metre or larger requires being shipped as a small parcel at the minimum cost of £3.45, tracked.

The gripper frames are sent either as a large parcel via Royal Mail or via Parcel Force, depending on the weight and what has been purchased. The shipping costs on these range from £6.49 to £11.64.

Because Squarespace is an American company, it does not allow me to calculate postage based on weight and size via Royal Mail. They only do it for US Postal Service. Squarespace does allow for a flat rate but this is across the board and would not be fair. Therefore, I have chosen to include the cost of posting the price of the item.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase I am happy to refund the cost of the product once the product has been returned in a good, saleable condition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
